Your responses to the survey questions below will serve to inform our Cognia accreditation and strategic planning processes.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Parents\/Guardians who have more than one student in grades 3-12 are asked to complete a separate Family Survey for each school in which you have a student enrolled. This allows the district to capture your experience with each school.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Thank you for completing this survey. All responses are anonymous.
